Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in its original, sealed packaging
- Be in resaleable condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of chemical coating products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used containers unless the product is defective.
How to Request a Return

Include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is confirmed defective or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect application
- Products exposed to unsuitable storage conditions
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
For safety and compliance reasons, opened hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or chemical products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order once the return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to process refunds.
