These Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold by JUMBOGUARD PTY LIMITED trading as JUMBOGUARD™ through this website.

By purchasing products from this website, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Product Scope & Intended Use

JUMBOGUARD™ products are advanced surface protection coatings engineered for a wide range of substrates, including but not limited to:

  • Architectural glass
  • Automotive surfaces
  • Stone and mineral materials
  • Metals
  • Textiles
  • Painted and coated surfaces
  • Wood and composite materials

Each product must be used strictly in accordance with its Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

The purchaser is solely responsible for:

  • Assessing suitability for the intended application
  • Conducting a small test area prior to full application
  • Ensuring correct surface preparation
  • Applying in appropriate environmental conditions
  • Following curing and maintenance guidelines

 

2. Performance & Environmental Exposure

Coating performance varies depending on:

  • Substrate condition
  • Surface preparation
  • Application method
  • Environmental exposure
  • Chemical exposure
  • UV intensity
  • Water quality and mineral content

Products are designed to improve cleanability, water and oil repellency, and surface durability. They do not make surfaces immune to damage, abrasion, chemical attack, mineral deposits, or environmental degradation.

Direct exposure to high-mineral water sources, including bore water, reticulation systems, or untreated hard water, may result in staining or surface damage. Such exposure is outside intended use.

Longevity statements are indicative only and depend on real-world conditions.

 

3. Proper Use & Misuse

Improper application, incompatible substrate use, or failure to follow instructions may affect performance.

JUMBOGUARD™ is not responsible for:

  • Surface damage due to improper preparation
  • Application to unsuitable substrates
  • Over-application or incorrect curing
  • Direct chemical or mineral exposure
  • Abrasive cleaning or aggressive maintenance

 

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse supply
  • Cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Restrict supply at our discretion

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and regulatory requirements.

Risk for the goods remains with JUMBOGUARD™ until the carrier confirms delivery.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days.

Once delivered, responsibility for storage, handling, and use transfers to the customer.

 

6. New Zealand Orders

We may collect New Zealand GST at checkout where required.

Where GST is collected by us at the time of purchase, the customer will not be required to pay GST again on import.

Customs clearance requirements may vary and may cause delays beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or border processing.

If an order is refused or returned due to regulatory restrictions unrelated to our compliance, any refund will exclude original shipping costs and return handling fees.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for unopened and unused products.

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resaleable condition
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

If a product is believed to be defective, notification must be provided within 7 days of receipt and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photographic evidence

Refunds and remedies are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law:

Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including property damage, labour costs, downtime, or commercial losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

 

9. Safety & Compliance

Safety Data Sheets are available for applicable products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the SDS prior to use
  • Complying with relevant safety and workplace regulations
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment

 

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, branding, formulation descriptions, and content remain the intellectual property of JUMBOGUARD PTY LIMITED.

Products may not be relabelled, reverse engineered, repackaged, or marketed under alternative branding without written permission.

 

11. Resale & Distribution

Products purchased through this website are for end-user use only.

Resale, redistribution, relabelling, or listing of JUMBOGUARD™ products on third-party marketplaces is prohibited without prior written approval.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Catch
  • Kogan
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Any other online marketplace or auction platform

Approved wholesale or retail partnerships require a separate written distribution agreement.

JUMBOGUARD™ reserves the right to refuse supply, cancel orders, or take appropriate action where unauthorised resale is detected.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these Terms or the purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
